Super Science Taster for Year 5!
This term, Year 5 went to Hollingworth Academy for a Science taster lesson. We used Bunsen burners to burn food such as raisins, crisps and different types of pasta. In pairs, we tried to figure out which types of food rise the most in temperature. We also took notes in a booklet about the different types of food and why some foods temperatures rise quicker than others.
